game writing

I felt as cold as antarctica. ''jumping jerry'', I yelled. what was that? said a voice. The voice made me feel like my heart was being ripped out by a tiger. Boom boom a monster stomped along. yiks,I said. My hand felt  like it had been cut off. The orcs are horrible creatures, a voice beside me said. The voice made me feel sad and scared. I'm in my favorite game ,I thoght. I ran and jumped off the tower .not even a scratch."whats that",I heard an orc say. I ran for the  bush's. Must of been a bird the orc said. phew that was close, I said. I snuck out and killed one of the orcs and fought two uruks.

I am learning to persuade.

This Is my writing about chemicals. I was trying to persuade the government to sell real chemicals because chemicals are not that bad.

How do you think you you went?
I think I did well because my mum said I was doing year six work.
What do you think you should do better next time?
Not using the same word at the start of the next sentence.
What are you proud of?
The way it turned out.

WALT add and subtract numbers with decimal points and fractions

3.6 + 5.5=9.1
because in maths ten tenths is one whole,so 0.6 + 0.5 = 1.1 and  5 + 3 = 8. So 1.1+ 8 = 9.1
5.2 - 4.6 = 0.6
when you take the 6 tenths there are not more then 6 tenths in the number so you have to take the number away so it = 4.6 but you have to take the 4 away.

Authors try to create settings that are credible or believable. They use descriptions

that show when and where the story is set. Find descriptions of the settings from

the text and decide how credible each description is and why.

In reading nic got us three books to read at home. I chose escape which is about a girl katina. saved her friend asha from being a slave

Reading inquiry

My reading inquiry was why chemical reactions happen. I found chemicals are any  substance that can contain one element or more. A chemical reaction is the process when one substance changes to another.
